Since it was founded Delfin Foundation has realized numerous projects in the fields of the ethnical relations, the social welfare of the people with disabilities, the children as a vulnerable part of the society and the culture. Unfortunately Bulgaria is still a country where the problems of particular parts of the society are extremely severe.
